Walmart One doesn't show policy about breavement. Have to look it up on wire. My father is in hospice care with terminal cancer.
An employee is entitled to use a total of up to 104 hours (13 days) of sick leave each leave year for family care and bereavement, which include making arrangements required by the death of a family member and attending the funeral of a family member.

Please don't suggest I get with personnel. She can't even tell me how to get my 10 yr. Badge replaced or fax another store with my transfer paperwork. Is it still 3 days immediate family. Is it a hassle to get those 3 points removed or are they excluded when using bereavement as the call-out selection.

It is not automatic, you will have to put it in on the computer wire when you get back or fill out the paper if it is in another week. Management will still review the exception and should remove it right away, or just let it expire if they are lazy. We have had associates use 2 days after the death and save the other day for the date of the funeral.
