Please follow the steps below to correctly identify the USB version installed on your computer: • Click the Start button and select Run • Type ' devmgmt.msc' and click OK. • Click on the '+' next to Universal Serial Bus controllers • Look to see if any of the controllers listed include the word ' Enhanced' or ' 2.0'. If you do not see the word 'Enhanced' or '2.0' listed, this would indicate that your computer does not have a USB 2.0 controller card installed. USB 2.0 is required for proper video transfer. To correct this issue, a USB 2.0 card will need to be installed in your computer.
