• During the ceremony, you will be asked to stand with other academic or honorary fraternity awardees. Your name— although not announced during the ceremony—will appear in the printed program. Additional copies of the program will be available in the Office of Special Events, 1200 Bruce Hall, following the ceremony.

• The convocation is open to the public, and your family is encouraged to attend. The celebration of all honored students continues with a reception immediately following the ceremony in the Commons Room in the Cathedral of Learning. No tickets are necessary. • If you have a disability and require special accommodations in order to fully participate in the ceremony, please advise the Office of Special Events at 412-624-7100. Your guests will be directed to be seated in the General Audience. Regalia is required to participate in the academic procession. If you do not own regalia, regalia can be purchased from the University Store on Fifth (412-648-1455). • Faculty who do not wish to participate in the academic procession may enter and be seated in the General Audience of the Music Hall with your guest(s). There is no reserved seating for faculty who do not process.

• During the ceremony, all honored faculty will be recognized as a group, not individually. Your name— although not announced during the ceremony—will appear in the printed program.
