High Five Access Media is governed by a group of community volunteers. The towns of Vail, Avon and Minturn appoint one member each to the board of directors. The remaining directors are elected by HFAM members. The Board of Directors typically meets once every quarter at the HFAM center.

They will be speaking about the issues faced by the homeless with specific recommendations that would ease some of the challenges that they encounter. • Completion of Statement of Needs and budget priorities. • Presentation by the ARISE coalition regarding their request that the NYC Department of Education's 2020-2024 Capital budget for accessibility projects be increased to $850 million, so that 30% of the schools in each school district can be ADA accessible.
